Here at Salli Australia we believe that a Salli chair is "a chair for life". We believe in the quality of our products and we stand behind them.
This also has an important environmental angle - we have all seen plenty of cheap chairs on the kerbside waiting to go to landfill - purchasing a high quality chair with readily available spare parts goes a long way to reducing this.
Effective July 1, 2019, Salli Australia warrants that chairs purchased from us, and all components thereof, shall be free from defects in workmanship or materials. This guarantee provided by Salli Australia is in addition to the standard warranty provided by Salli Systems which can be seen here. This standard warranty is applicable to purchases made elsewhere (eg, a dealer).
First and foremost, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Except for components specifically excluded and itemised below, for the life of the product, Salli Australia shall, at its option, repair or replace any chair, or component thereof, that proves defective.
This warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

In the unlikely event you should require remedy under this warranty, simply locate the serial number on the chair and contact Salli Australia at sales@salli.com.au to begin the process. Salli Australia will, at your option, either send the necessary replacement to you at no cost, or arrange a courier to collect the part in question for repair (at your cost, we will pay return shipping).
Damage, which in Salli Australias sole judgement, is the result of contact with adjacent furniture, falls, chemical damage, excessive abrasion, or normal wear is expressly excluded from this warranty. Except as herein stated, Salli Australia shall not be liable for any damages or for the breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, or for any other obligation or liability on the account of the products covered by this warranty.
Salli Australia reserve the right to update this warranty at any time without notice.
